Terms & Conditions:

Payment accepted by credit card, credit card check, cashier's check, personal or
business check and money order. If payment by credit card, your collectible will be
mailed by the next business day. If cashier's check or money order, your collectible will
be mailed by the next business day, after we receive your payment. Personal and
business checks must be held until bank clears. Texas residents include 8.25% sales tax,
unless you have a Texas resale tax number. Pottery or breakables are double boxed and
amply padded. Buyer pays shipping and insurance based on zip codes and weight of item.
Shipping and insurance are nonrefundable.

Return Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will accept returns on
merchandise providing you notify us by e-mail or phone immediately upon receiving the
item. Also, you must forward the item to Almeda Antique Mall within three days after
receiving the item. Refunds will be made after the returned item is received. Credit card refunds will be made by issuing a credit on the same card. There are no restocking fees
or other fees. Please understand this return policy must be followed in order to secure a
refund.
